The program concludes with an exclusive career fair that is free for members to host a boothOur training team also regularly attends high school, veteran, and local community job fairs to promote a career in the electrical field.

IECRM offers a variety of traditional and NEW electrical CEUs that can be taken in any combination to accrue the required 24 hours for license renewal. Most courses are offered both in-person and live-online, making it convenient for all electricians and contractors in Colorado & Wyoming to attend. Members always receive the best pricing on CEUs and professional development courses and can take advantage of group rates.

In addition to providing outreach and recruitment support, IECRM offers its members the opportunity to light the pathway for their employees through the award-winning Emerging Leaders Program.
