Through the Colorado Enterprise Zone Contribution Tax Credit Program, qualifying donations to IECRM may be eligible for a 25% Colorado state income tax credit.

We develop a skilled workforce through our Four-Year Electrical Apprenticeship Program, continuing education, professional development, safety training, and specialized courses. We also introduce young people to careers in the electrical trades through community outreach and pre-apprenticeship programs. Promote
We connect contractors, students, and industry partners through networking opportunities, workforce programs, and industry events. These efforts encourage collaboration, support business growth, and build a stronger, more unified electrical community.

We assist in developing industry leadership, provide ongoing training, and advocate as a voice for independent electrical contractors. Through our work we represent our members on legislative issues, regulatory affairs, apprenticeship training curriculum, and National Electrical Code (NEC) interpretation.
