IECRM membership gives electrical contractors access to tools and resources that support their workforce needs. From free Career Fairs to the Hire List/Out-of-Work List—a roster of individuals actively seeking employment as apprentices or experienced electricians—it’s easier to connect with qualified talent. This list includes current or former IECRM students who are not currently employed, as well as prospective students pursuing a career in the electrical industry. Members can also post open positions on the IECRM Job Board.

All member resources are accessible through FlashPoint, IECRM’s cloud-based platform for managing member benefits and tracking apprentice classroom grades, attendance, and on-the-job training (OJT). Simply log in using your credentials to get started.
