IECRM fights for the merit shop at the Capitol to ensure that our members’ voices are heard by our congressional representatives. Our membership provides strength in numbers, and the government relations committee is active year-round.

To further IECRM’s goals of policy & advocacy on issues that are important to support general business and the electrical industry, including supporting our legislative candidates, we invite you to donate to the Political Action Committee to promote issues including Workforce Development, Labor & Employment, and Economic & Infrastructure Development. 

IEC National is actively involved in the federal legislation and politics surrounding the electrical contracting and systems industries. IEC’s Government Affairs department and the member-based Government Affairs Committee work hard to ensure member companies remain in business and are able to operate in a free and open market.  Learn more now.
