For the best visibility, sign up to sponsor at least a month before a scheduled event. Your sponsorship commitment will be recognized in all marketing materials including email communications, printed invitations, registration pages, signage at the event, audio/visual presentations, a special call-out during the event, and depending on the sponsorship it may include a brief presentation by the sponsor and/or tickets to the event.
