IECRM offers three different CEU Class formats designed to fit your learning style and schedule.
The states of Colorado, Wyoming, and New Mexico require 24 hours of electrical CEU classes before you may renew your electrical license at the end of the code cycle. A minimum of 4 hours of NEC Changes is required and a maximum of 4 hours of Safety Training will qualify. Click here to view all upcoming CEU Classes.
As Colorado’s premier electrical association we have covered all of the bases to take the hassle out of getting your required CEUs for license renewal and offer a solution to fit any learning style and busy schedule, whether you prefer to knock out the whole 24 hours in three separate 8-hour sessions, or if you’d like to spread them out and take 4-hour classes every other weekend, or if you prefer to go at your own pace. Please Contact Us if you have further questions.
IECRM offers 3 different class formats for CEUs:
- In-person at the Northglenn or Ft. Collins locations
- Live-online via Zoom
- Self-paced online with 24/7 access
Many of our in-person CEU classes are now available to attend live online via Zoom – a great option for those that are a long distance from our locations and prefer a “live” format. Our Zoom classes are live-streamed from inside the classroom and participants have the ability to interact with the instructor, giving it more of an “in-person” feel. IECRM also offers self-paced online classes through our partnership with Mike Holt for those that prefer to work at their own pace, on their own schedule, and have the ability to save work and come back later. Click here to see our self-paced CEU offerings.
Licenses are required to be renewed every three years coinciding with the release of the updated National Electrical Code. With next year bringing the end of the 2020 code cycle, we anticipate an increasingly high demand for our live class formats since they tend to be favored among the majority of electricians. Learn more with IECRM today! All Electrician and Electrical Contractor licenses expire on September 30, 2023. Get your CEUs now before the last-minute rush!
