It’s Not Too Late: Just a few more days until the IECRM Parade of Lights Holiday Party Get your Tickets

IECRM members, students, alumni, spouses, children, and friends are invited to IECRM’s Family-Friendly Holiday Party, coinciding with the LIVE broadcast of the 45th Annual 9NEWS Parade of Lights, where IECRM’s Sparkling Ice Castle float will make a repeat performance again this year! 

Special Ticket Discounts are available for IECRM Students and members and their families. It’s not too late to get tickets!

New Party Location! Cheer on the IECRM float from the beautiful brand new “Home2 by Hilton” downtown. Our private party will be on the 1st floor with spectacular indoor and outdoor views of the parade! 

Did you know…? IECRM members and students designed and built the float in 2017 as the newest addition to the 9NEWS Parade of Lights in more than 20 years. This year, cheer on our float in the following ways:

  • PARTY downtown in style with indoor and outdoor views of the parade at IECRM’s Holiday Parade Party, Friday. Dec. 6 at the new Home2 by Hilton Downtown. Enjoy a gourmet dinner, dessert, cash bar, visit with Santa, kids entertainment and crafts, a photo booth, and more! Then grab a hot cocoa or a drink and cheer on our float as it passes by. Click here to get tickets.
  • WALK in the parade alongside the float Friday and/or Saturday (Dec. 6 & Dec. 7). A FUN and FREE way to experience the parade. Min age: 11. Click here to sign up to walk in the parade.
  • DRIVE a parade truck pulling one of the 13 floats in the Denver 9NEWS Parade of Lights! Min age: 25.  Click here to learn more or sign up for Friday or Saturday.
  • WATCH the IECRM Sparkling Ice Castle of the Future float on TV live on Fri. Dec. 6 @ 8pm and on other various air times during the month on channel 9NEWS, or in-person along the parade route in Downtown Denver!

Party Tickets include:

Dinner, dessert, hot cocoa, spectacular indoor and outdoor views of the electrical parade, a visit with Santa, entertainment, games, a visit with the Ice Castle prince and princess, and a chance to win great prizes!

Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus will be our special guests at the party.

For your convenience, you may pre-pay for guaranteed valet parking at the hotel.
Valet party parking $35. Valet overnight parking $47.

IECRM Self-Pay Tuition Policy

 

Self-pay students who are employed with a member company must register and pay through the member company using the IECRM Flashpoint Enrollment Portal/Process in order to qualify for member rates.

Self-pay students that are employed with a member company but that do not register and pay through the member will be charged the non-member rate for tuition, books and applicable fees.


Self-pay students who are employed with a member company and require a payment plan will not qualify for the member rate and will be charged the non-member rate for tuition, books and applicable fees.


Self-pay students who do not work for a member company will continue to be charged the non-member rate for tuition, books and applicable fees.


To maximize association/membership benefits, ALL member companies are encouraged to register and pay for all enrolled apprentices utilizing internal payment arrangements and processes between employer and employee.


We value our IECRM members and apprentice community. We encourage all apprentices to be enrolled in the four-year apprenticeship program, earning, and learning their way toward Journeyworker licensure. We encourage all members to utilize the member discount for tuition, books and applicable fees to ensure the long-term support and success of the next-generation electrician.

Self-Pay Payment Plan Policy


We offer the following arrangements for students that are unable to pay in full at the time of registration.


● Self-pay students will be charged the non-member rate.
● A 50% down payment of total semester tuition, books and applicable fees are due at registration.
● Remaining balance can be divided up to 3 additional monthly payments ($10.00 processing fee applies on each installment)
● All payments that are declined will incur a $20.00 NSF fee.

 

We encourage all students who are employed with a member company to work with their employer to register and pay through the IECRM Flashpoint Enrollment Portal/Process. This will ensure the student is paying the lowest possible rate for tuition, books and applicable fees.
