IECRM – Project SCALE: Pathway to Leadership & Associate Degree Completion

Project SCALE was implemented for IECRM graduates to move into foreman, superintendent, and project leadership roles by building onto the 45 college credits already earned through their 4-Year Apprenticeship. Adding these 15 college credits will get you to the 60 credit requirement to earn an associate degree through Emily Griffith Technical College. This opportunity is open to all current and previously graduated alumni of the IECRM Electrical Apprenticeship Program

Next Steps:

  1. Employers nominate high-potential IECRM graduate employees
  2. Confirm seat commitments ($2,500 per person)
  3. Email participant names to [email protected]

Invest in your team, strengthen promotion pipelines, and signal a commitment to leadership development—all through Project SCALE.
