Independent Electrical Contractors Rocky Mountain (IECRM) proudly recognizes the accomplishments of the Emerging Leaders 14.0 class, a group of rising professionals dedicated to strengthening leadership within the electrical industry while making a meaningful impact in the community.
The IECRM Emerging Leaders professional development program is designed to build leadership skills in a hand-selected group of individuals nominated by IECRM member and partner companies. Through the program, participants strengthen confidence, communication, and leadership abilities while gaining a deeper understanding of the electrical industry. Each participant is paired with a mentor who reinforces the importance of having a champion to help guide and shape their career trajectory.
To date, the IECRM Emerging Leaders Program has graduated more than 208 individuals representing 64 member companies, with graduates continuing to advance into greater leadership roles and responsibilities throughout the industry.
A cornerstone of the program is community engagement and giving back. Each year, the Emerging Leaders class completes a community service project as part of their leadership development experience.
This year’s cohort partnered with TACT, an organization dedicated to empowering individuals on the autism spectrum through education, skills training, and meaningful career pathways. Many IECRM contractor members already work closely with TACT, making this partnership especially impactful for the class.
IECRM proudly congratulates the Emerging Leaders 14.0 class for raising an incredible $17,000 for TACT, far surpassing their original fundraising goal of $13,000 and demonstrating the power of leadership through service.
