The IECRM Emerging Leaders Program is a leadership training program that aims to develop the leadership skills of a hand-selected group of individuals from IECRM member companies.

About the Program

From September to April, the Emerging Leaders meet roughly one weekday each month to participate in leadership training.

Who Should Participate?

The ideal Emerging Leader is an individual who has aspirations to expand and/or refresh their leadership role within their company, and the industry at large. Apprentices, supervisors, and even established managers are welcome to participate.

When Does the Program Start?

The Emerging Leaders Program begins in September. Nominations open in June.

Participants must be nominated by a sponsor within their company. If you are interested in getting nominated, please approach your supervisor to discuss the program — the official application form must be filled out by BOTH the nominee/emerging leader participant and the nominator/sponsor. Click here for the official application form (the form will also be emailed upon registering for the program).

The deadline to submit an application is July 31.
