2021 Member Forums: What Keeps You Awake at Night?

IECRM began holding regular Member Forums – beyond the monthly Safety Forum we conduct each month – at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. From March through December 2020, we all enjoyed lively and rich exchanges of critical information about the impact of COVID-19 on our businesses, employees, and our lives.

When determining the topic focus and identifying subject matter experts to join these Member Forums, the agenda often was driven by the latest OSHA regulations, government stimulus assistance, and how to apply for it. We featured workplace best practices, evolving legal changes and implications, and the ever-changing health and safety regulations with guidance from world and U.S. health organizations.

While IECRM will continue to bring our members and partners the latest information concerning the continuing pandemic, we want to meet your information and educational needs beyond COVID by featuring additional topics relevant to our industry. IECRM has the ability to access the time and expertise of many different subject matter experts who can help you with business challenges, human resources, financial matters, legislation, and more. To do this, we are asking for your input about what topics you would like IECRM to focus on throughout 2021.

What’s on your mind? What keeps you awake at night? Give it some thought and send your ideas and wish lists to Marilyn Stansbury ( so that we can make our 2021 Member Forum series as relevant to you as possible.
