MEMBER BENEFITS: Don’t Forget the IECRM Hire List & Loaner List
As we head into 2021 and anticipate another year of virtual working, IECRM is committed to looking for new ways to drive member value and engagement for you, our contractor and industry partner members.
Two very specific benefits of IECRM membership are available to you to source talent and workers as well as scale up for new, short-term projects that do not require you to hire long-term workers.
The IECRM Hire List is a continually updated list of individuals with varying levels of electrical experience that IECRM Contractor Member companies may use to find and hire new employees.
The IECRM Borrowed Worker/ Loaner List is a continually updated list of companies that have a surplus of workers to loan, and companies seeking workers, on a temporary basis.
These lists are exclusive to IECRM members in good standing. Click here to access the hire list or loaner list (please call 303.853.4886 or email [email protected] to obtain the password).
If you are an individual seeking employment with an electrical contractor or if you or an apprentice you know has been laid off, please contact IECRM so that we can keep you in school and get you on the hire list.
Please email or call Terri, the IECRM Compliance Manager, at (303) 848-4081to request to be added to the Hire List. IECRM does not guarantee employment. IECRM acts as a clearinghouse only. For additional details, click here.
