Welcome to the Enrollment Issue of the monthly IECRM e-news!

We are ‘enrolling’ into summer through apprenticeship open enrollment and summer event registration!.

IECRM’s new enterprise system, FlashPoint, is now up and running and will replace AMPs. In FlashPoint, you will be able to register your apprentices for school, view real-time grades, sign up for CEUs and more. Please plan to join us on Tuesday, June 18 and Wednesday, June 19 for a brief training in the new system. (read more)

Apprenticeship program enrollment opens on Monday, June 17 for IECRM members and Monday, June 24 for non-members. Register and pay-in-full by Friday, July 5 to receive the early registration tuition rate. Open enrollment will end on Friday, July 19 or when seats are full. There are two more Career Fairs for IECRM Contractor Members to hire candidates. Thursdays, May 30th in Northglenn and June 13 in Fort Collins. These two great recruiting tools culminate our career fair series that began in March. IECRM members, reserve your FREE booth today! (read more)

Saturday, June 8th, just two weeks away, is IECRM’s 2019 Apprentice graduation ceremony at the Westin Westminster. Once again this year we will graduate the largest class of apprentices in our history! RSVP to attend here. Recognize a graduate in the Graduation Program here.

IECRM’s 3rd Annual Clay Shoot is Friday, June 28th and promises to be great fun. Get your team together for a 15 station tournament at Colorado Clays. Contractors, General Contractors, Industry Partners and Associates are welcome. Register before Friday, May 31 to get “early pigeon” prices, your company logo on the large welcome banner, and 100 free shells! Want to promote your company? On Thursday, July 18, join industry co-hosts HCC and IECRM for the annual GC Forum as we bring together a variety of Colorado’s Public Entities and General Contractors in a fun, casual networking setting. Get to know who’s who and discuss your current and upcoming projects while enjoying local micro-brews, appetizers, and an impressive collection of vintage and classic cars, motorcycles, race cars, vintage gas pumps, and retro art at the Lamar Street Center; a unique venue located near olde town Arvada. As we finish up enrollment for students in early August, it will be time for the Back-to-School IECReaM Social and Open House. Join us on Friday, August 16 for ice cream, food, beer, and fun activities as we welcome new and returning students to school and invite all IEC alumni for a homecoming celebration. Learn about the new partnership with CSU Global and how IECRM graduates can earn up to 53 credits toward a bachelor degree. EGTC will answer your questions about apprenticeship, college credits, and continuing education requirements. Mix and mingle with IECRM instructors, staff, apprentices, and network with other IECRM members. (read more)

Our most popular event, the Annual Golf Tournament, will be held on Friday, August 29, at Fox Hollow Golf Course in Lakewood, Colorado. IECRM members will compete to win over $30,000 in cash and prizes! (read more)

IECRM Self-Pay Tuition Policy

 

Self-pay students who are employed with a member company must register and pay through the member company using the IECRM Flashpoint Enrollment Portal/Process in order to qualify for member rates.

Self-pay students that are employed with a member company but that do not register and pay through the member will be charged the non-member rate for tuition, books and applicable fees.


Self-pay students who are employed with a member company and require a payment plan will not qualify for the member rate and will be charged the non-member rate for tuition, books and applicable fees.


Self-pay students who do not work for a member company will continue to be charged the non-member rate for tuition, books and applicable fees.


To maximize association/membership benefits, ALL member companies are encouraged to register and pay for all enrolled apprentices utilizing internal payment arrangements and processes between employer and employee.


We value our IECRM members and apprentice community. We encourage all apprentices to be enrolled in the four-year apprenticeship program, earning, and learning their way toward Journeyworker licensure. We encourage all members to utilize the member discount for tuition, books and applicable fees to ensure the long-term support and success of the next-generation electrician.

Self-Pay Payment Plan Policy


We offer the following arrangements for students that are unable to pay in full at the time of registration.


● Self-pay students will be charged the non-member rate.
● A 50% down payment of total semester tuition, books and applicable fees are due at registration.
● Remaining balance can be divided up to 3 additional monthly payments ($10.00 processing fee applies on each installment)
● All payments that are declined will incur a $20.00 NSF fee.

 

We encourage all students who are employed with a member company to work with their employer to register and pay through the IECRM Flashpoint Enrollment Portal/Process. This will ensure the student is paying the lowest possible rate for tuition, books and applicable fees.
