Denver, CO — Independent Electrical Contractors Rocky Mountain proudly recognizes LEI Companies as the recipient of the Commercial Project Award ($250,000–$500,000) during the 20th Annual Summit Awards held April 16, 2026, at Empower Field at Mile High in Denver, Colorado.
LEI Companies (Category B, representing companies with 51–100 employees) earned recognition for delivering a highly coordinated, turnkey renovation within a complex airport environment.
The winning project, Avolta – Greetings and OutWest, included full integration of electrical, fire alarm, audio/visual, and tele/data systems across active airport concourses. Through strategic prefabrication and night-shift execution in controlled-access zones, the team successfully navigated complex logistics, including conduit installation for meter integration in public-facing areas.
With strong field expertise and collaboration, the project maintained safety, productivity, and efficiency while ensuring uninterrupted airport operations.

The 20th Annual Summit Awards brought together electrical contractors, industry partners, apprentices, and professionals from across the region for an evening celebrating the accomplishments and continued growth of the industry.
