IECRM is seeking members passionate about the electrical industry and willing to help guide our organization’s future. Are you ready to make an impact?
Consider serving on the IECRM Board of Directors or recommend a colleague who would be a strong leader for the electrical contractor association. Nominations are Due by Wednesday, September 30, 2026, by 11:59 PM.
Serving on the IECRM Board provides an opportunity to:
- Help shape IECRM’s future and strategic direction
- Connect with industry leaders and expand your professional network
- Share your expertise while supporting the growth of electrical contractors and the workforce
Board Expectations
Term: Two years
Meetings: Monthly Board meetings (typically the fourth Thursday at 7:00 AM at IECRM’s Northglenn Campus or via Zoom)
Engagement: Serve on at least one IECRM committee and attend a minimum of three IECRM annual events
Eligibility: Candidates must be active IECRM members in good standing.
Nominating Instructions:
- To be considered, you must submit your own nomination by completing the online nomination form and providing the required materials.
- Email your headshot and a 2-minute video (see below for required content) to [email protected].
Your video should not exceed two minutes and should include the following:
1) Your name
2) Your company
3) Why you would like to serve on the Board
Your message can include current or past involvement/engagement with IECRM, contributions/skills/knowledge you will bring to the Board, or things you would like members to know about you. You may use the two minutes on the video to be as creative as you would like to be as long as the video includes the above three criteria.
Video process options:
1) Record a video on your cell phone, computer, or other device.
2) Schedule an in-person time at IECRM, and we will record your video.
3) Schedule a Zoom time with IECRM to record your video.
If you would like IECRM to assist you with making your video, please email your request to [email protected], and a staff member will contact you to coordinate a time.
If you know someone who would make a great Board member, please encourage them to submit their own nomination.
IECRM Board of Directors Election Timeline
- Nominations are Due by Wednesday, September 30, 2026, by 11:59 PM
- Online Voting Opens in Early October
- Online Voting Closes on Tuesday, November 10 at 11:59 PM
The 2027 elected Board of Directors will be announced at the State of the Industry Business Dinner & Board of Directors Election on Thursday, November 12, 2026, 5:00–9:00 PM, at the Delta Marriott, Northglenn.
