Meet Our Keynote Speaker: Amy Biedenharn
We’re excited to welcome Amy Biedenharn, IEC National Executive Director, as this year’s keynote speaker.
With a national perspective on workforce development, education, and the future of the electrical industry, Amy will share how IEC is preparing to meet the industry’s evolving needs. She’ll discuss national workforce initiatives, education, and efforts to support IEC Chapters and contractors as they work to attract, develop, and retain a skilled workforce.
Amy will also share personal stories about the importance of staying engaged, embracing change, and showing up to make a difference.
A Night of Insight & Entertainment
The evening will begin with cocktails, gourmet hors d’oeuvres, and time to connect with contractors, Industry Partners, colleagues, and the next generation of electrical professionals.
After dinner, attendees will hear from Amy Biedenharn and take part in an interactive evening of friendly competition, comedy, and surprises. Last year’s apprentices brought the house down with a safety gear fashion show. This year, we’re switching things up with a format designed to get the audience involved with high energy and lots of laughter!
The evening will conclude with the announcement of the 2027 IECRM Board of Directors.
