IECRM is proud to share that one of its own leaders was recognized at the state level for his work supporting apprenticeship and workforce development across Colorado.
The Outstanding Champion Award highlights individuals who go above and beyond in supporting Registered Apprenticeship programs and helping build strong career pathways. Paul was recognized for his continued commitment to helping apprentices succeed and strengthening training programs in the electrical industry.
Through his leadership at IECRM, Paul has helped grow opportunities for thousands of apprentices and supported contractors across the state by focusing on hands-on training, safety, and career development.

The Colorado Apprenticeship Awards brought together apprenticeship partners from across the state to recognize individuals and organizations helping grow Colorado’s workforce.
