IECRM, in partnership with Colorado Safety Supply, invites contractors, apprentices, and industry professionals to participate in the upcoming Aerial/Scissor Lift Operator Training on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, from 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM in Centennial, Colorado.
This hands-on safety course is designed to help participants build confidence and improve job site safety while meeting OSHA training requirements. The training combines classroom instruction with practical equipment operation, giving attendees the opportunity to apply what they learn in a real-world setting.
Participants will gain valuable knowledge in:
- Recognizing aerial lift hazards and safe operating procedures
- Understanding equipment components, inspections, and design standards
- Identifying fall hazards and proper fall protection methods
- Learning general safety precautions while working around and inside aerial lifts
The course includes approximately 1.5 hours of classroom instruction followed by practical hands-on training using job site equipment. Training can cover both forklift and telehandler-style equipment and meets the requirements outlined in Subpart O 1910.178 Powered Industrial Trucks.
