The IECRM Energy Industry Sporting Clay Shoot returns Friday, June 12, 2026, for its 10th annual event at Colorado Clays Shooting Park — bringing together professionals from across the electrical and energy industry for a day of team building, networking, and friendly competition.
More than just a sporting event, Energy Industry Clay Shoot has become one of the industry’s favorite opportunities to strengthen relationships outside the office and jobsite. Contractors, apprentices, general contractors, industry partners, and associates come together for a relaxed and fun outdoor experience that encourages camaraderie, communication, and connection.

Whether your team is made up of experienced shooters or first-time participants, the event is designed for everyone to enjoy. From walking the course together to cheering on teammates and sharing laughs throughout the day, the Clay Shoot creates an environment where teams can connect in a different way while building stronger working relationships.
A fan-favorite feature returning this year is the exciting “White Pigeon” game. Participants who hit a white clay pigeon will earn extra tickets for a chance to win a Blackstone Grill, adding even more excitement and competition to the tournament.

Limited shotgun rentals are available through Colorado Clays Shooting Park for participants who do not have their own equipment.
