The Colorado Workforce Development Council (CWDC) is working with Inclusive Design Group (IDG) to learn how climate and energy employers attract, hire, and keep workers.
As workforce needs continue to grow, CWDC wants to hear directly from employers like you across Colorado. Your feedback will help improve job quality and hiring practices in the climate and energy industry.

How to participate (through January 23, 2026):
- Schedule a 30–60 minute interview using IDG’s scheduling link, or
- Complete a short survey as a quicker option
IDG is looking to learn about:
- How you hire based on skills, not just resumes
- How your organization defines and supports high-quality jobs
- Challenges you face in skills-based hiring or improving job quality
- Resources or incentives that would help your business
- The skills employees need to succeed in their roles
