We are excited to announce that our NEW Hire List / Out-of-Work List is now available on Flashpoint. We have quite a few qualified, experienced candidates and other individuals who have completed a pre-apprenticeship program and have a demonstrated interest in working in the industry. If you are hiring, we encourage you to explore the list as part of your recruitment efforts. In addition, please remember to use the hire list when downsizing your workforce, so we can encourage those in the industry to stay in the industry.
Members in good standing can access the Hire List/Out-of-Work List. A member in good standing is an IECRM Contractor Member who meets all membership requirements and maintains current membership dues and fees with no outstanding balances.
To access the Hire List/Out-of-Work List, click on the My Company menu in Flashpoint. You may sort the list in whichever way is most useful to you. Please note that the “added” dates begin in October, when all applicants were transitioned to the new list.
All established rules continue to apply to the new Hire List/Out-of-Work List:
- Please notify us promptly when you hire an applicant from the list so we can remove them.
- If you encounter a bad phone number or receive no response from an applicant, please let us know.
New Feature: Applicants can now upload their resume when applying for the Hire List/Out-of-Work List. Look for the Printer Icon in the resume column.
Anyone marked as “experienced” has at least 1,000 OJT hours accrued, and anyone with “Amplify Pre-Apprenticeship” has their OSHA 10 and CPR certifications.
