2nd Annual IECRM Holiday Event Draws Over 125 Energy Professionals from the Rocky Mountain Region
DENVER, Colorado — December 11, 2012 — Over 125 electrical and energy professionals gathered at Denver’s Elitch Lanes on December 6th, for the 2nd Annual IECRM Holiday Bowling Party, hosted by the Independent Electrical Contractors Rocky Mountain (IECRM) (www.iecrm.org). IECRM is the Rocky Mountain region’s premier trade association and educational institution for electrical and energy professionals.
At the event, guests bowled with colleagues, friends, and family, networked with new acquaintances, and enjoyed burgers, brats, and beers. Chilled cocktails flowed from a custom ice luge which was funded by Siemens (www.siemens.com), the event’s Premier Sponsor. Guests also enjoyed bar beverages, compliments of the event’s Bar Sponsor, Schneider Electric (www.schneider-electric.com).
Notable companies that attended the event were: Carlton Electric of Denver, CO (www.carltonelectric.com), CED of Denver, CO (www.ceddenver.shopced.com), Integrity Electrical Solutions of Englewood, CO (www.integrityele.com), Lightscape of Boulder, CO, and Northern Electric of Westminster, CO (www.northernelec.com). A total of 25 of the region’s companies attended the event. “We had an impressive turnout for this year’s holiday party,” said IECRM Director of Operations, Kristin Kim Haynes. “With the holiday season in full swing, and people’s time at a premium, seeing our room filled with energized professionals was heartwarming. I was excited to hear about the numerous business plans, meetings, and jobs already being scheduled for 2013. We eagerly anticipate a successful new year!”
IECRM would like to extend a warm ‘Thank You’ to the guests that donated over 20 presents to Toys for Tots, a charitable program founded by the US Marine Corps Reserve. The toys will be delivered to economically disadvantaged children throughout the holiday season.
