Encore Electric earned recognition for delivering a highly complex healthcare infrastructure expansion supporting critical hospital operations.
The winning project, AdventHealth Littleton Heart and Vascular Tower and Central Utility Plant Expansion, included advanced surgical suites, a 24-bed ICU, and future-ready operating rooms while simultaneously strengthening the entire hospital’s power system through integrated generation and parallel controls.
Executed within an active hospital environment, the team demonstrated exceptional precision and innovation by reducing a critical power shutdown from eight hours to just two, utilizing prefabrication and BIM-driven coordination to overcome extreme space constraints and maintain uninterrupted patient care.
