2021 Summit Awards Will Be an EXTRAordinary Experience!

Save the Date! It’s time to celebrate your best projects, people, and initiatives at the 15th Annual Summit Awards Event. Mark your calendar now and plan to join the festivities on Thursday, April 29th. 

For the 2021 Summit Awards, IECRM is creating an exciting virtual reality world to give you an utterly immersive experience unlike anything you’ve ever seen before. Imagine a space that brings people together in one virtual location, providing visual experiences that attendees can see and interact with — including live networking at virtual bars and lounges! You’ve come to expect to reach the summit, but this year, we may just take you to the moon!

Using cutting-edge, next-generation technology, attendees and sponsors will feel truly immersed in a virtual world. Connect one-on-one or in group conversations during a full hour of live networking with co-workers, colleagues, and more than 100 industry peers  using a virtual avatar. Then join IECRM leadership at the virtual stage for the main event to recognize excellence in the electrical construction and green building fields at the prestigious Summit Awards ceremony.

The online platform has features that will transform attendees from passive online listeners to active participants, enabling natural conversations and connections — as though you are really at the event in-person. Plus it is easy and simple, creating an exciting and memorable experience.

For event sponsors, IECRM can custom brand each sponsorship and feature you prominently on an endless variety of locations within the virtual environment. For all attendees, the networking and interaction is similar to mingling and being together in-person.

All registrants will receive login credentials and a special Party Kit the week of the event to celebrate the event in style, filled with all the fixings for a great at-home or office watch party — including a gourmet charcuterie board, wine, dessert, and more!

Virtual screens within the immersive environment allow us to showcase sponsors in a visually engaging way. 

All sponsors of this event will receive recognition on all marketing materials including website registration pages, email invites, mailed invitations, social media, advertisements, press releases, newsletters, event program inside the watch party kit, virtual event venue screens, and will be recognized during the live event. IECRM Self-Pay Tuition Policy

 

Self-pay students who are employed with a member company must register and pay through the member company using the IECRM Flashpoint Enrollment Portal/Process in order to qualify for member rates.

Self-pay students that are employed with a member company but that do not register and pay through the member will be charged the non-member rate for tuition, books and applicable fees.


Self-pay students who are employed with a member company and require a payment plan will not qualify for the member rate and will be charged the non-member rate for tuition, books and applicable fees.


Self-pay students who do not work for a member company will continue to be charged the non-member rate for tuition, books and applicable fees.


To maximize association/membership benefits, ALL member companies are encouraged to register and pay for all enrolled apprentices utilizing internal payment arrangements and processes between employer and employee.


We value our IECRM members and apprentice community. We encourage all apprentices to be enrolled in the four-year apprenticeship program, earning, and learning their way toward Journeyworker licensure. We encourage all members to utilize the member discount for tuition, books and applicable fees to ensure the long-term support and success of the next-generation electrician.

Self-Pay Payment Plan Policy


We offer the following arrangements for students that are unable to pay in full at the time of registration.


● Self-pay students will be charged the non-member rate.
● A 50% down payment of total semester tuition, books and applicable fees are due at registration.
● Remaining balance can be divided up to 3 additional monthly payments ($10.00 processing fee applies on each installment)
● All payments that are declined will incur a $20.00 NSF fee.

 

We encourage all students who are employed with a member company to work with their employer to register and pay through the IECRM Flashpoint Enrollment Portal/Process. This will ensure the student is paying the lowest possible rate for tuition, books and applicable fees.
