Summit Awards 2020:  Coming to you from the Internet!

This year, the 14th Annual Summit Awards Event will be held live online to celebrate your best projects, people, and initiatives. We have pivoted to an interactive, fun-filled Summit Awards event Thursday, August 13th!

All registrants will receive login credentials and a special Party Kit the week of the event to celebrate the event in style, filled with all the fixings for a great at-home or office watch party — including a dinner gift certificate, wine, dessert, and more! 

We will be networking virtually and highlighting award recipients throughout the event. You’ll have an opportunity to see your peers accept their awards, and network digitally with more than 100 industry professionals during the cocktail hour before the program begins. We’ll even provide the snacks and drinks!

Summit Awards “Watch Party” Tips & Tricks

Despite the unique circumstances we face this year, the 2020 Summit Awards aren’t going anywhere except into the comfort of your own home!

The 2020 Summit Awards are just 2 short weeks away. Start now to organize your Watch Party to celebrate and receive your official Summit Awards Party Kit. We are excited about our new virtual format and here are a few ideas to make your Watch Party the best event in town!

The first thing you need to do is determine whether you intend to assemble a group of coworkers, observing appropriate social distancing guidance, and invite them to join in.  Ticket packages range from an Attendee +1 to Watch Parties of up to 10 guests.  Ticket package information can be found here.

Once you register your party, you’ll receive a confirmation of your purchase. Then, between Monday, August 10 and Wednesday, August 12, the IECRM staff will be making deliveries of special Summit Awards Party Kits with food certificates, wine, snacks, dessert, decorations, and the hottest items of 2020: facemasks, hand sanitizer and a roll of toilet paper.

  • 1 ounce of peach schnapps (in honor of Colorado’s Palisade peaches)
  • 2.5 ounces of Colorado whiskey
  • Add ice
  • Garnish with a lemon twist or a sprig of mint

IECRM Self-Pay Tuition Policy

 

Self-pay students who are employed with a member company must register and pay through the member company using the IECRM Flashpoint Enrollment Portal/Process in order to qualify for member rates.

Self-pay students that are employed with a member company but that do not register and pay through the member will be charged the non-member rate for tuition, books and applicable fees.


Self-pay students who are employed with a member company and require a payment plan will not qualify for the member rate and will be charged the non-member rate for tuition, books and applicable fees.


Self-pay students who do not work for a member company will continue to be charged the non-member rate for tuition, books and applicable fees.


To maximize association/membership benefits, ALL member companies are encouraged to register and pay for all enrolled apprentices utilizing internal payment arrangements and processes between employer and employee.


We value our IECRM members and apprentice community. We encourage all apprentices to be enrolled in the four-year apprenticeship program, earning, and learning their way toward Journeyworker licensure. We encourage all members to utilize the member discount for tuition, books and applicable fees to ensure the long-term support and success of the next-generation electrician.

Self-Pay Payment Plan Policy


We offer the following arrangements for students that are unable to pay in full at the time of registration.


● Self-pay students will be charged the non-member rate.
● A 50% down payment of total semester tuition, books and applicable fees are due at registration.
● Remaining balance can be divided up to 3 additional monthly payments ($10.00 processing fee applies on each installment)
● All payments that are declined will incur a $20.00 NSF fee.

 

We encourage all students who are employed with a member company to work with their employer to register and pay through the IECRM Flashpoint Enrollment Portal/Process. This will ensure the student is paying the lowest possible rate for tuition, books and applicable fees.
