The Safety Committee is focused on making IECRM members and their employees aware of the importance of safety in the workplace through the dissemination of safety-related information and by offering safety training.
The Safety Forum provides members with workforce safety awareness, interview and judge safety award finalists, and works with regulatory agencies to provide updates and/or changes to safety policies, share resources and safety best practices. The IECRM Safety Committee is partnered with the ABC to provide some of the best knowledge and safety/training programs in the construction industry.
Mission Statement: The IECRM / ABC Safety Committee’s mission is to pursue unbiased knowledge, resources and available education to our industry members insuring the elimination of unsafe conditions and work practices resulting in the safe-keeping of human life, property and worker’s compensation premiums.
Vision: Our mission will be accomplished through persistent and motivating communications. Conducting monthly Educational Safety Forums facilitated by Industry Safety Experts will provide a vast and wide range of safety awareness with current and up to date information.
