City Electric Supply (CES), IECRM’s newest Platinum Partner, believes in providing quality service to the electrical industry. Focusing on “customer service first” as a core value has allowed CES to grow continually for over 30 years.
With 525 branches across the U.S. alone, CES branches strive to build local relationships within their communities by getting to know their customers and providing tailored solutions for their individual needs.
We asked Randall Birely, CES Colorado South District Manager, to provide IECRM with more about CES:
What is your Company’s WHY? What is it you believe in?
City Electric Supply (CES) is a family-owned electrical wholesale distributor that’s dedicated to providing personalized service and support to customers in residential, commercial, and industrial marketplace. While CES is a large company, it prides itself in keeping its founding principle of empowering people to make local business decisions by providing customers tailored services for all of their electric supply needs.
What is the most strategic service you provide to electrical contractors and to the renewable energy industry?
We are the complete package, from day-to-day business and deliveries to small and large gear and lighting projects, and we have a Renewable Energies division that handles Solar and EV charging stations, but still keeping communication, contacts, and service through our local branches. With close to 600 CES locations across the country and the support of the company’s central distribution facilities, the addition of the Renewable Energies division will position the company as a one-stop shop in the residential solar market.
Tell us about your partnership with IECRM.
CES Colorado has been partnered with IEC in the Denver Metro area and Western slope for many years, but this year we have decided to join as platinum members. We look forward to becoming more involved moving forward.
