Strengthen Your Project Management Skills in Just Three Days
Project managers are the backbone of successful electrical projects—but many professionals step into the role without formal training in project management. This April, industry professionals have the opportunity to sharpen their leadership and project delivery skills through the IEC Foundations of Project Management in the Electrical Trade, presented by IEC National and IECRM.
This three-day course will take place April 1–3, 2026, from 8 AM – 5 PM at IECRM’s Northglenn campus and focuses on the full lifecycle of an electrical project—from acquisition and planning to execution and close-out. Participants will strengthen both the technical and leadership skills needed to successfully manage projects and teams.
The course is ideal for project managers, estimators, project engineers, contract administrators, and experienced foremen preparing for management roles in the electrical industry.
Instruction will be led by industry veteran Brian Brinkmann, President and CEO of Tutor Electric Service, Inc., who brings nearly 35 years of hands-on electrical and project management experience.
Participants should bring a laptop and have basic proficiency with Microsoft Office. Lunch and light snacks will be provided each day, and discounted hotel rooms are available at the nearby Delta Hotels by Marriott Denver Thornton.
