The Board is critical in advancing IECRM’s mission to promote, educate, and support open-market electrical contractors, shaping the future of the electrical and energy sectors. By creating a strong business environment, Board members help drive growth and innovation for contractors and industry partners.
The Board is comprised of Contractor Members and Industry Partners, elected by IECRM’s general membership for a two-year term.

Nomination Process:
- Complete the official nomination form online.
- Email your headshot and introduction video to [email protected].
- The deadline to submit a nomination is Monday, October 14 at 11:59 PM.
Voting:
Voting will begin online the week of October 21. The primary contact on file will receive an email containing an online ballot and candidate video submissions. All IECRM member companies are requested to participate in the Annual Board of Directors Election. Only one vote is permitted per company.
Live voting will occur during the cocktail hour at the State of the Industry Dinner on November 13, 2024, from 5:00 to 6:00 PM. Voting will then close and be counted during dinner and the main presentation. The election results will be announced live, with the new board members introduced on stage.
