Independent Electrical Contractors Trade Association Announces 2017 Board of Directors

Colorado’s premier electrical and renewable energy trade association, representing 200 companies in the Rocky Mountain region, announces its 2017-18 Board of Directors that were elected at the IECRM Annual Business Dinner on November 10th at the Denver ChopHouse and Brewery in Downtown Denver, Colorado. The IECRM event was supported by Premier Sponsor Federated Insurance, and additional sponsors Allcable, Inc.; Bauerle and Company; Corey Electrical Engineering; Graybar; Hubbell Lighting; and Milwaukee Electric Tool.

The Board of Directors, comprised of 12 energy contractors and industry businesses, is the overarching governing body of the Chapter, focused on creating business opportunities and providing the programs that keep the electrical and energy industries thriving.

More than 120 members of IECRM and their guests attended the 2016 IECRM Annual Business Dinner to vote on the new Board of Directors, hear from IECRM leadership about the state of the electrical industry and the IECRM chapter, and celebrate the past year’s milestones, including the opening of two new IEC campuses and the many National IEC awards taken home by IECRM and its members at the National IEC Convention. Encore Electric, Inc.; Graybar; and Integrity Electrical Solutions, LLC joined the event with full company tables. Other notable guests included Eaton Electrical; Master Electrical Contractors, Inc.; Network Insurance Services; and Weifield Group Electrical Contracting. Participants in the 2016 IECRM Emerging Leaders Program, a nationally recognized leadership training program for energy industry professionals, joined their colleagues at the event.

IECRM extends a warm thank you to all of the individuals and companies that donated toys to its U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots drive: Blueprint Skilled Services, LLC; Bret’s Electric, LLC; Encore Electric, Inc.; Magee Electric, Inc.; Northglenn Winlectric, and Thomas & Betts. Toys for Tots is a charitable program that delivers gifts to economically disadvantaged children in the Denver area throughout the holiday season. IECRM Self-Pay Tuition Policy

 

Self-pay students who are employed with a member company must register and pay through the member company using the IECRM Flashpoint Enrollment Portal/Process in order to qualify for member rates.

Self-pay students that are employed with a member company but that do not register and pay through the member will be charged the non-member rate for tuition, books and applicable fees.


Self-pay students who are employed with a member company and require a payment plan will not qualify for the member rate and will be charged the non-member rate for tuition, books and applicable fees.


Self-pay students who do not work for a member company will continue to be charged the non-member rate for tuition, books and applicable fees.


To maximize association/membership benefits, ALL member companies are encouraged to register and pay for all enrolled apprentices utilizing internal payment arrangements and processes between employer and employee.


We value our IECRM members and apprentice community. We encourage all apprentices to be enrolled in the four-year apprenticeship program, earning, and learning their way toward Journeyworker licensure. We encourage all members to utilize the member discount for tuition, books and applicable fees to ensure the long-term support and success of the next-generation electrician.

Self-Pay Payment Plan Policy


We offer the following arrangements for students that are unable to pay in full at the time of registration.


● Self-pay students will be charged the non-member rate.
● A 50% down payment of total semester tuition, books and applicable fees are due at registration.
● Remaining balance can be divided up to 3 additional monthly payments ($10.00 processing fee applies on each installment)
● All payments that are declined will incur a $20.00 NSF fee.

 

We encourage all students who are employed with a member company to work with their employer to register and pay through the IECRM Flashpoint Enrollment Portal/Process. This will ensure the student is paying the lowest possible rate for tuition, books and applicable fees.
