The Independent Electrical Contractors Rocky Mountain (IECRM) is excited to announce the success of our inaugural Cornhole Tournament, held at the beautiful and newly renovated Fort Collins facility. This event was created and sponsored by the IECRM Membership Committee to connect with Northern Colorado and Wyoming Electrical Contractors to expand IECRM’s membership base. With 17 teams competing, the tournament was a vibrant showcase of community spirit and camaraderie.
Tournament Highlights
- Enthusiastic Participation: We were delighted to see 17 teams from various electrical contracting and industry partner companies across Northern Colorado come together for a friendly competition and networking day.
- Skilled Competition: The tournament featured friendly matches with impressive displays of cornhole skills, keeping both participants and spectators engaged throughout the event.
- Community Building: Beyond the competition, the event provided a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the many benefits of membership with IECRM in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.

The cornhole tournament would not have been possible without the support of some outstanding members of IECRM and the Membership Committee.
- CED created the brackets, brought the cornhole boards, and ran the tournament.
- Bradley Insurance Group provided the drinks for the day and sponsored the 1st place prize of an IECRM-branded Cornhole set.
- Matsuo Engineering provided all of the food for the event, including hamburgers, hot dogs, and all the fixings for a summer BBQ.
- Border States brought their grill and served as our chefs for the day!
