In mid-February, IECRM’s Training Director Paul Lingo and Encore Electric’s Chris Shipp joined Britta Blodgett, Senior Communications Strategist at Colorado Workforce Development Council, and Steve Wright, Summer Job Hunt Coordinator at the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment, to discuss how to prime the talent pipeline and encourage youth to enter electrical contracting.
