IECRM recently held its annual Board of Directors election, which is a crucial activity in shaping the future of the association and representing independent electrical and renewable energy contractors. Nominations were accepted from both contractors and Industry Partner members. Once the nomination period closed, primary contacts of IECRM member companies were asked to participate in online voting. The final voting was conducted during the State of the Industry Dinner, and the newly elected Board was formally announced on stage after the main presentation. This selection process engages membership, emphasizes transparency and fairness, and underscores IECRM’s commitment to democratic representation and industry excellence.

Two IECRM members rolling off the board include Justin Martin, COO of Bret’s Electric, and Pete Aden, CPA, CCIFP, of Wipfli. Pete served on IECRM’s Board of Directors for over eight years, and Justin concluded his service of two consecutive terms and will continue serving on the Ft. Collins Building Committee. We thank them both for their dedication to serving the industry.
