IECRM leads the country with the largest and most-acclaimed 4-year registered Apprenticeship Training Program. The program follows the IEC National curriculum and provides benefits to companies engaged in prevailing wage work.

IECRM is your go-to provider for Continued Education, offering the courses journeymen may need to renew their licenses and advance in their careers. The IECRM network is a unique community of electrical contracting businesses, students, and industry partners. With more than 2,000 students, 15,000 alumni, and 250 active companies representing thousands of employees, this is a community like no other for like-minded professionals. 

IECRM is honored to help members navigate through the challenges of the industry. Monthly live-online forums are facilitated discussions with key subject matter experts from the fields of electrical contracting, workplace safety, labor and employment, banking, and other relevant topics. IECRM fights for the merit shop at the Capitol to ensure that our members’ voices are heard by our congressional representatives. Our membership provides strength in numbers, and the government relations committee is active year-round.

Need a conference room for visiting colleagues? Want to host a company meeting or training? Need a place for your employee party? Members may use rooms in the 25,000 square foot IECRM Main Campus in Northglenn for free. Contractors receive unlimited access to the meeting space and Industry Partners receive free room rentals for a specified number of times per year.

 

  • The Great Room, with a kitchenette, is a multi-purpose presentation facility, seating up to 150 people.
  • The boardroom seats up to 20 people and has state-of-the-art A/V technology for presentations.
  • 9 classrooms can seat up to 32 each; two can join together to accommodate a total of 64.

IECRM helps members develop leadership skills in their emerging talent through a uniquely curated leadership training program for the electrical industry. Through hands-on workshops and discussions, aspiring leaders will learn from industry experts about Personal Leadership, Government Relations, Technology Training, Safety Training, and Community Service.

 

Do you aspire to become a leader? Do you have an employee in mind who would thrive in a leadership role, given the right training, tools, and skills?
Emerging Leaders meet one weekday per month, August through April. Nominations are due July 31.

Participants must be nominated by a sponsor within their company. If you are interested in getting nominated, please approach your supervisor to discuss the program — the application form must be filled out by BOTH the nominee and the sponsor.


Tuition for each participant is $650, and includes 8 days of leadership training with lunch, a free ticket to the IECRM Summit Awards Celebration and Annual State of the Industry Dinner, and a discounted rate to play in the Golf Tournament.

IECRM Self-Pay Tuition Policy

 

Self-pay students who are employed with a member company must register and pay through the member company using the IECRM Flashpoint Enrollment Portal/Process in order to qualify for member rates.

Self-pay students that are employed with a member company but that do not register and pay through the member will be charged the non-member rate for tuition, books and applicable fees.


Self-pay students who are employed with a member company and require a payment plan will not qualify for the member rate and will be charged the non-member rate for tuition, books and applicable fees.


Self-pay students who do not work for a member company will continue to be charged the non-member rate for tuition, books and applicable fees.


To maximize association/membership benefits, ALL member companies are encouraged to register and pay for all enrolled apprentices utilizing internal payment arrangements and processes between employer and employee.


We value our IECRM members and apprentice community. We encourage all apprentices to be enrolled in the four-year apprenticeship program, earning, and learning their way toward Journeyworker licensure. We encourage all members to utilize the member discount for tuition, books and applicable fees to ensure the long-term support and success of the next-generation electrician.

Self-Pay Payment Plan Policy


We offer the following arrangements for students that are unable to pay in full at the time of registration.


● Self-pay students will be charged the non-member rate.
● A 50% down payment of total semester tuition, books and applicable fees are due at registration.
● Remaining balance can be divided up to 3 additional monthly payments ($10.00 processing fee applies on each installment)
● All payments that are declined will incur a $20.00 NSF fee.

 

We encourage all students who are employed with a member company to work with their employer to register and pay through the IECRM Flashpoint Enrollment Portal/Process. This will ensure the student is paying the lowest possible rate for tuition, books and applicable fees.
