Designed for employees of IECRM member companies, the Emerging Leaders Program develops leadership skills, strengthens industry knowledge, and builds lasting professional connections. From September through April, participants attend seven full-day leadership seminars and seven one-hour virtual community service planning meetings focused on:

The program is ideal for apprentices, supervisors, managers, and other emerging professionals who are ready to expand their leadership role within their company and the electrical industry.
Participants must be nominated by a sponsor within their company. Both the nominee and sponsor are required to complete the official application.
