Celebrating Success: Emerging Leaders 12.0 Graduation and Fundraising Triumph
IECRM proudly announced the successful graduation of the Emerging Leaders 12.0 program at its annual awards ceremony for the electrical and renewable energy industry. This achievement signifies the completion of the leadership training program and marks the beginning of a new chapter for these emerging industry leaders. With over 180 graduates from 57 IECRM member companies, each participant has expanded their roles and responsibilities across the industry.
The journey of the Emerging Leaders 12.0 class was marked by a spirit of generosity and dedication to making a positive impact through volunteering and fundraising for a carefully chosen nonprofit charity. Inspired by the record-breaking achievements of the previous class, Emerging Leaders 11.0, which raised over $11,000, the 12.0 class set out to surpass this milestone. They not only met, but exceeded their goal, raising over $13,000 for Alex’s Lemonade Stand, a nonprofit supporting childhood cancer research.
The success of both classes reflects the values of leadership, collaboration, and compassion central to the Emerging Leaders program. These emerging industry professionals are not only skilled in their crafts but are also committed to using their talents to effect positive change in their companies and communities.
