A Must-Attend Industry Summit for Construction Safety & Workforce Wellbeing

IECRM is proud to support the 2026 ASA Colorado Health & Safety Summit, bringing more than 250 construction professionals together for an important day focused on safety, health, mental wellbeing, and stronger workplace cultures.

Taking place Wednesday, November 11, at CSU Spur Hydro in Denver, the Summit offers three educational tracks:

  • Mental Health, Recovery & Workforce Wellbeing
  • Safety Leadership, Culture & Human Performance
  • Risk Management, Compliance & Field Operations

More Than Classroom Learning

The Summit goes beyond traditional education with showcase pop-ups designed to connect attendees with practical resources, solutions, and organizations supporting the construction workforce. These interactive opportunities give attendees a chance to explore new ideas, ask questions, and find resources they can bring back to their companies and crews.

The day also features keynote speaker Josh McIlwain of Ameresco, classroom sessions, and a full-group conversation focused on the human side of safety.

With practical education, interactive showcases, and opportunities to connect with professionals across the construction industry, this Summit is designed to turn important conversations into meaningful action.

IECRM is proud to partner with ASA Colorado to support this important industry-wide focus on keeping Colorado’s construction workforce safe, healthy, and connected.
