Aerial Boomlift 3b & Scissor Lift 3a Operator Certification
This training provides a classroom presentation, written test, hands-on practice, and skillstesting session. The classroom portion focuses on key information needed for the safeoperation of an aerial boomlift and scissor lift. The hands-on portion provides theopportunity to practice skills in a safe environment under the direct observation andcoaching of a United Rentals professional instructor. Operator skills will be evaluated usingindustry standards. Upon completion of this training program, you will be knowledgeableand demonstrate proficiency in main parts and their functions, safety systems, pre-useinspection and limitations, hazards, and controls. You will be provided an operator’scertificate and wallet card

Hands-on Skills Testing: After classroom training, participants will sign up for 30–60-minuteequipment testing on the exhibit floor on Thursday, October 7, or Friday, October 8.
