During the 2023 IEC Business Summit in Nashville, TN, the Government Affairs Committee approved IEC’s policy agenda and positions for the 118th Congress. New positions that were approved include Labor/Clean Energy Tax Incentives, H–2B Visa Program, Non–Compete Agreements, and EV Charger Training Requirements.
