Weifield Group Purchases Majority Stake in IDI Electric
New Texas Entity to be Named Weifield Group Contracting Texas, LLC
On November 30, 2018 Weifield Group announced that it has acquired a majority stake in privately-held IDI Electric, LLC, a renowned woman-owned and HUB-certified business enterprise with headquarters in Austin, Texas. The IDI Electric acquisition will allow Weifield Group (Weifield) to enhance the company’s future growth and performance in the Texas electrical construction market.
