July Career Fair Recap
IECRM’s July Career Fair drew over 100 motivated job seekers, thanks to a robust marketing campaign that included digital advertising, local radio spots, workforce partnerships, and direct outreach. Among the attendees were more than 25 graduates of the AMPLIFY Pre-Apprenticeship Program, as well as experienced electricians actively seeking their next opportunity.
Contractors say IECRM Career Fairs stand out for the quality of candidates—individuals actively pursuing careers in the electrical trade. Many report strong hiring success and long-term retention. Job seekers can join the Hire-List by visiting iecrm.org/hirelist and completing the form. An IECRM team member will follow up to schedule a Zoom orientation and send onboarding paperwork. Once completed, the individual will be added to the list.
