The Colorado Energy Office (CEO) and the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), in partnership with Colorado Counties Inc., the Colorado Municipal League, the Colorado Chapter of the International Code Council, and the Colorado City & County Managers Association, are hosting a series of webinars/listening sessions that will cover the new building energy code requirements that passed in the 2022 Colorado legislative session in House Bill 22-1362, the Energy Code Adoption & Enforcement Grant Program, and energy code training programs. The sessions will also provide an opportunity for building officials, city councilors, city and county managers, county commissioners, and other local government officials and staff to provide input to CEO and DOLA on the development of the Energy Code Adoption & Enforcement Grant Program and other energy code training programs. There will be 3 opportunities to participate in a session on the dates and times listed below; each session will provide the same information.

I would highly encourage anyone on this list who works for a local government, represents local governments, or regularly works with local governments on buildings or building codes to attend one of the three sessions. While you are welcome to attend any or all of the sessions, as noted above, each session will present the same information and have a similar discussion.
