Independent Electrical Contractors Rocky Mountain (IECRM) celebrates National Apprenticeship Week to recognize more than 2,600 apprentices currently enrolled in our training program, the largest in the country.
To show our appreciation for our hard-working apprentices, IECRM will provide all in-person students with dinner each night during National Apprenticeship Week! We also invite our Industry Partners to our main campus in Northglenn to showcase their tool demos and deals specifically geared for the success of our students!

Other ideas to show your apprentices appreciation include providing them with breakfast, lunch, and treats on the job site, sharing words of appreciation, providing them with a gift certificate, having leadership walk the job site and thank them for their contributions, recognizing National Apprenticeship Week in your company newsletter and list your apprentices by name, providing new PPE, and so much more!
