Booths are included for all levels of Industry Partners.
Dates: The Student Expo will take place over four evenings, Monday-Thursday, November 18th – 21st, from 5:00 – 6:30 pm. Thursday the 16th will be our Open House with extended hours from 3:00 – 6:30 p.m. to welcome high school students, families, and our community. We will welcome 200 students per day at the Expo.
Location: The Expo will be held inside the Lab at the IECRM Main Campus at 11429 Pearl Street, Northglenn, CO 80233. The Lab will be locked overnight and throughout the day.
Expo Goals:
- To expose next-generation electricians to the products, innovations, ideas, tools, services, and equipment that our IECRM Industry Partners provide to the industry.
- To save students money, We encourage you to provide a special expo-only offer or promotion that we can include in our advertising of the events.
- To show appreciation of our students with refreshments and hands-on tool demos.
Audience: IECRM apprentice students. On average, 200 students attend each evening. Please be prepared to share your expertise, tailored to an up-and-coming electrician.
What will you showcase? Please provide us a description of what you will be showcasing – product lines, tools, services, anything new – as well as any expo-only promos or special offers.
Booth styles: Your booth registration includes 1 table and 2 chairs. Please bring a branded tablecloth, giveaways, and products to demo.
Check-in: You may check in to set up as early as 1 pm on Monday, November 18th. Please check in with the events team when you arrive for the setup of your booth.
What will you showcase? Please provide us a description of what you will be showcasing – product lines, tools, services, anything new – as well as any expo-only promos or special offers.
Booth styles: Your booth registration includes the option of a tailgate/trunk display, allowing you the ease of a quick setup right out of your very own vehicle. If you would prefer a more traditional booth, please bring a pop-up tent and branded tablecloth, and IECRM will provide 1 table and 2 chairs.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Premier Sponsor ($1,500) – Double booth with a premier location in the Lab. Sponsorship recognition on email invites, digital newsletters, website landing pages, web banners, social media posts, press releases, and the day of the event flyer.
Refreshments Sponsor ($1,200) – Booth near or at the refreshments serving area. Option to serve iced refreshments to guests. Sponsorship recognition on email invites, digital newsletters, website landing pages, web banners, social media posts, press releases, and the day of the event flyer.
Dessert Sponsor ($750) – Booth near or at the dessert serving area. Option to serve ice cream to guests. Sponsorship recognition on email invites, digital newsletters, website landing pages, web banners, social media posts, press releases, and the day of the event flyer. Logo displayed on signage at the dessert serving area.
