3-Week Electrical Pre-Apprenticeship Program
Are you wired for a career as an electrician? AMPLIFY is a fast-track, hands-on pre-apprenticeship program designed to give you a real-world look at the electrical trade. Taught by industry professionals, this program helps individuals explore career opportunities while gaining foundational skills to jump-start their journey.
Program Highlights:
✔️ Test-drive the trade before committing to a full apprenticeship
✔️ Hands-on learning from experienced electricians
✔️ Earn certifications in OSHA 10, CPR, First Aid, and AED
✔️ Exclusive early access to an IECRM Electrical Career Fair
Program Details:
Duration: 3 weeks (Classes: Mondays, Thursdays & Saturdays)
Cost: $450
Location: IECRM’s Northglenn Campus
Class Size: Limited spots available—apply early!
Milestone Moment: Program Completion Celebration & Career Fair Access
Upon completion, we will host a celebration, and participants will receive early access to an upcoming IECRM Electrical Career Fair, where they can connect directly with employers hiring apprentices.
Grant Funding Opportunity
Grant funding may cover the cost of tuition for eligible participants. During registration, select “Yes” if you’d like to be contacted by the Adams County Workforce Center to determine eligibility. If approved, any payments made will be reimbursed.

During the AMPLIFY program, participants will:
- Learn the basics of electricity
- Explore residential, commercial, and industrial electrical work
- Become familiar with the tools, materials, and language used on job sites
- Get hands-on training in basic circuitry
- Receive training and certification in OSHA-10 Workplace Safety
- CPR, First-Aid & AED
- Receive coaching on interviewing and resume writing
- Discover the dozens of different electrical career paths
Participants who complete the AMPLIFY program will:
- Receive a certificate of completion.
- Receive certification in OSHA 10 and CPR, First-Aid, AED training.
- Gain early access to upcoming IECRM Electrical Career Fair with electrical contractors looking to hire
